1. License

Unless otherwise stated, VisionGroww and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on VisionGroww. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from VisionGroww for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

2. Services and Projects

• All web development and app development services provided by VisionGroww are subject to explicit project agreements.
• The timeline and cost of the services will be discussed and finalized before the commencement of any project.
• Any extra features requested after the initial agreement may incur additional charges and time.

3. Revisions and Maintenance

VisionGroww provides a set period of free maintenance (e.g., 3 months) depending on the package chosen. After this period, maintenance services may be billed separately. Revisions during the development phase are limited to the scope defined in the initial agreement.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are divided into milestones unless otherwise agreed upon. A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. VisionGroww reserves the right to halt work if payments are delayed.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VisionGroww, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or the services rendered, whether such liability is under contract.
